    Terms and Conditions

    Reservations

    • Reservations can be made through the Tokyo Sakura Kitchen website. Please fill out the reservation form and we will reply upon receipt.
    • Payment should be made through Paypal within 3 working days upon receipt of the confirmation email.
    • Men must participate with women in the session.
    • Children under 5 years old can attend for free. For children aged 6 to 11 can participate at half price.

    Cancellations

    • We accept the cancellation request only by email.
    • 100% refund will be given for cancellations that are at least 7 days before (Japan time)
    • For cancellations that are 2 to 6 days before the class (Japan time) 80% refund will be given
    • For cancellations the day before (Japan time) 50% refund will be given
    • No show and same-day cancellations are non-refundable

    Class

    • The minimum number of participants for a class is 2 and the maximum number is 6 participants. A class for larger groups can be arranged upon request. If you want to book by yourself (single participant), you are required to pay an extra 9,000 yen; however that will be refunded if another participant can be found to join the same class.
    • We cannot guarantee a private session for the group. Other participants may join in the same class. However, a private class can be arranged for an additional fee:
    • 1 participant private class: +9,000yen
    • 2 – 3 people group: +6,000yen (per group)
    • 4 or more participants: No additional charge
    • The first participant to book a course gets to choose the menu
